Policies and Procedures

Bag Names:
My bags are named for my wonderful friends who are my fellow Camp Followers. Thank you Girls!

Shipping:
I will ship the following business day after I have finished making your bag or quilt. I ship USPS Priority Mail. Insurance is optional, and recomended as I am not responsible for you package after it leaves my hot little hands.

Returns:
If this is a custom piece and you utterly hate it due to my workmanship, I will accept the return with in 12 days of you receiving it. I will try to fix the problem, but if I am unable to, I will refund your money. The item must be in the same condition it was when you received it (IE: unwashed and unused.)

Sewing Schedule:

I have decided to schedule my life. Monday, Wednesday and Friday I will be sewing. Tuesday and Thursday will be days for shopping, house cleaning and volunteering at the kids schools. Weekends are for new bag design and sewing for myself as well as rest with my family. I will try this for a while and see how it goes. I think I work better with a schedule.

Payment:

Paypal is my preferred method of payment. I will charge 1/2 of the total of the order at the time the order is placed (when you mail your Uniform) and the other half of the total when I am ready to begin your project. If you want to pay with check, I will cash it when I am ready to begin sewing for you. For that reason I will require the entire amount.
